| Getting Started |
| Please click on the Employers button on the Home page, which will take you to the ‘Employers Login’ page. |

Employers Registration |
For registering, please click on the hyperlink ‘Not yet registered? Signup now’ in the middle of the page. That will take you to the Registration page. It will take few minutes to complete the registration.
Once you are registered you can log on any time using your User Name and Password.
On logging on, you will be taken to the Employers Home Page. Here you can Edit Registration Details, Advertise Jobs, Manage Jobs or Change Password by clicking the appropriate hyperlinks on the left hand side of the screen. |

Editing Registration Details |
Edit Registration Details link will enable you to make changes in telephone numbers, address, name of contact person etc. |

Advertising Jobs |
Advertise Jobs link which will take you to the ‘Advertise a Job’ Page.
On top of this page is the Field: Hot
Jobs: Select a Type.
This is an important field. On clicking Yes,
your advertisement will be placed in the premium ‘HOT
JOBS’ section, where a fee is payable. (Please contact
us to obtain the advertising rates.)
If you choose ‘No’ your advertisement will be placed in the Free section - and you need not pay for the services.
(You will find the page changing a bit, when you make the selection. That is just because the system updating the page according to your selection.)

Why do I pay to advertise in HOT JOBS section, when I can advertise without payment in the Free section? |
The advantages of placing an advertisement in HOT JOBS sections are fivefold.
- Your advertisement gets the prominence, a premium employer like you would desire. Candidates can’t miss the HOT JOBS button on the Home page and you are able to attract the best talents. On clicking it, they are taken to the HOT JOBS section. Free advertisements do not appear here.
- If the candidates go for the ‘Current Openings’ to view all jobs, still the premium jobs of premium employers are indicated as ‘Hot Jobs’ against each HOT JOBS vacancy listed there.
- As a premium employer, you get MORE space to describe your Company/Organization. (Five times more space than the Free section)
- You can also brand your advertisement
by inserting your Company logo on top of the HOT JOBS advertisement.
We have provided a provision to upload you logo at the bottom
of the page.
- And for all HOT JOBS, we at Future Options send emails to all candidates registered with us, who have profiles matching to the one you mentioned in your advertisement

Completing the Advertisement |
Once you have provided the information necessary in ‘Advertise a Job’ page, please click on the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the page.
For the jobs advertised in the Free section, your advertisement will immediately appear in the job listings. In case of HOT JOBS, the jobs will be authorized to be placed in the HOT JOBS section by Future Options, after checking the position of payment.
Manage Jobs link is intended to enable you to edit the details in the jobs advertised by you.
Change Password link is provided to enable you to change the password at your convenience |

| How do I get the CVs of the Candidates? |
After the jobs are advertised, you can revert to Employers Home Page from time to time to view the details of the Jobs advertised by you and the details of Responded Candidates.
Just click on the number of Responded Candidates. You will get the listing of the Responded Candidates. On clicking the name of each candidate, you will be able to view the full profile. This will enable to decide whether to shortlist the Candidate or not.
You will also receive an Email in respect of each application received into your email address as well.
