Registration

Step 1: Click on the Employers login Button

Step 2: Click on Not yet registered? Signup now

Step 3: Fill in the one page online form.

Step 4: When you submit the registration form, you will get a response showing that you have successfully registered

Step 5: Click on log off button to close the page

Advertising Jobs

Step 1: Click on Employer’s login and enter your User ID and password

Step2: Click on Advertise Jobs shown on the left hand side and a page with different fields for filling will display.

Step 3: Fill in the different fields and click on Submit (For convenience, you may copy and paste from MS Word format document.)

You will choose HOT JOBS: Yes for the jobs to appear in premium HOT JOBS section and otherwise choose No.

By advertising in HOT JOBS Section, you receive the following benefits:

• Better visibility and premium positioning of the advertisement
• Larger space to describe the details of the Organization, job responsibilities, qualifications required etc.
• Branding opportunity as you can put your logo on the advertisement
• E-mail alerts are sent by us, periodically, to candidates with matching profiles, giving a better reach to your advertisement.

Step 4: A page will display saying job successfully advertised

Step 5: Click on Log off button to close the page

Jobs will appear on the website after the Administrator from Future Options authorises it.

If you find the process inconvenient for any reason, please send us the text of advertisement by Email to info@futureoptionsug.com. We shall post the jobs.

Accessing the responses

Step 1: Click on the Employer’s login button

Step 2: Enter your User name and password

Step 3: A page opens showing the different positions advertised by you.

Step 4: Click on the number on the right hand side to view the list of Applications Received.

Step 5: You can click on view to see the candidates full resume.

Step 5: You can create a folder on your PC to which you can save the Resumes of the shortlisted candidates.

Step 6: Click on log off once you have finished

Changing Password

Step 1:   Click on Employers Login button on the menu bar

Step 2:    Enter your user name and password. A page will open and you will click on Change Password on the left hand side

Step 3:     Enter the New password and log off

Fees

The standard rate for advertising in the premium HOT JOBS section is Ush300,000/- plus VAT. However, you can currently avail our special offer of Ush.199,000/- (plus VAT) per advertisement for all advertisements in the HOT JOBS section.

Alternatively, you can avail our Block offer of Ush 1,000,000/- + VAT for a quarter. (You can advertise as many times as you wish during the three month period.)
