We offer Performance Management Services aimed at assisting the client organizations to achieve the strategic objectives. Performance management needs objectives and targets to steer individual performance which will also enable the linking of individual targets to broader service and organisational objectives.

We assist in goal setting and monitoring and evaluation of the performance levels, using a competency based approach.

We design and review performance appraisal systems, advise on the performance improvement measures. Of course our performance evaluation offers the additional benefit of independence, as compared to the traditional, internal performance evaluation systems.
