The usage of the response Management system is easy!
Step 1
Mention in the newspapers advertisements to apply through www.futureoptionsug.com
Step 2
Insert the advertisement in the job portal www.futureoptionsug.com.
The candidates will register with www.futureoptionsug.com absolutely free of cost, and apply for the position. They will be able to upload their Microsoft Word format CVs as well.
Step 3
Visit www.futureoptionsug.com at your convenience, and access the candidates’ responses 24X7, using your user ID and password. The Responses received will be listed with details such as Serial Number, Name, Email ID, Telephone, Qualifications and skill set.
If the above details meet your requirements, you can click on the Name of the candidate to view the ‘Profile’ of the candidate or Click on the “View Resume” to view the resume.
If you have advertised more than one position the Responses received for each position will be listed separately.
Step 4
You can download the short-listed CVs into you computer easily. Or if you want you can download all the CVs or even copy and store the full Table of Responses.
