FOR JOBSEEKERS:
The use of the website is FREE of cost to all jobseekers. Job seekers are allowed to log on, register, upload CVs, update CVs, search for jobs and apply for jobs FREE of cost.  The candidates can apply online for vacancies advertised, just by clicking on the ‘Apply Now’ button under each of the job advertisement.

Candidates’ application will be accessible to the Employers, only if the candidate has applied to the particular position.

All candidates registered with www.futureoptionsug.com get also considered for placement opportunities as Future Options is actively involved in Placement Services.

FOR EMPLOYERS:

HOT JOBS

1. By advertising in HOT JOBS Section, you receive the following benefits:
   • Better visibility and premium positioning of the advertisement
   • Larger space to describe the details of the Organization, job responsibilities, qualifications required etc.
   • Branding opportunity as you can put your logo on the advertisement
   • E-mail alerts are sent by us, periodically, to candidates with matching profiles, giving a better reach to your advertisement.
2. Each advertisement of HOT JOBS will be at Ush.300,000/- (plus VAT @18%)   or USD200/- (plus VAT @18%). All cheques should be made payable to Future Options Consulting Ltd. Special rates will be offered to Employers who wish to advertise frequently and for more than one position being advertised at a time. Please contact info@futureoptionsug.com for details.
3. Advertisement will be displayed for two months or till the last date of application which ever is earlier.
4. The Employers may advertise with or without disclosing their identity in the advertisement. (Future Options, however, reserves the right to identify the advertiser.)

1. The Free advertisements will be published only in the ‘Current Openings’ Section of the website.
2. The services are FREE of cost to the Organizations who are registered entities in Uganda. (Future Options may not release an advertisement if this cannot be verified.)
3. The advertisement should disclose the name and address of the employer for all advertisements in the Free Section.
4. Advertisement may take up to 72 hours to complete the verification process.
5. Future Options reserves the right to accept or reject any advertisement.

BENEFITS:

1. Employers will receive the candidates’ responses to the advertisements in a well-tabulated format showing the Name. Telephone Number, Email ID, Qualifications, Experience and Skill Set.
2. It is easy to short list the applications received by direct comparison of the qualifications, experience and skill sets.
3. The drill down facility enables the Employers to view the profile by clicking on the Name of the Applicant’. View the candidates’ Resume by clicking the ’View Resume’ button.
