We design, develop and deliver training and learning solutions for staff at various levels from frontline executives to management staff. Our approach to training is value added and flexible. We shall be glad to have a pre-training discussion with you to understand you needs better. We shall advise you on the most effective structure, content and the methodology in line with your needs.

We shall develop the training contents and choose the right trainers from our panel of experienced trainers, deliver the training as per the agreed terms of reference.

We focus on “Training transfer” i.e. the transfer of skills imparted in the training to the workplace. Keeping in mind the features of adult learning, we shall design, develop and deliver the training with this key objective of “Training transfer”.

We conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify and prioritise the training in line with the organizational objectives in a feasible manner. We usually follow a participatory approach in carrying out the Training Needs Analysis.
